Look, we've been in this game long enough to know that everyone talks about sustainability. But here's the thing - we actually measure it, track it, and prove it. Every decision we make, every line we draw, there's a real environmental impact behind it.
Started in 2012 with one simple question: what if buildings could actually help the planet instead of hurting it? Sounds naive, right? But we've spent the last 13 years proving it's possible.
Founded with just three architects who were frankly tired of designing buildings that wasted energy. First project was a 4-story office building in Mississauga.
Got our first Platinum certification for a mixed-use development in downtown Toronto. That's when we realized we weren't just talking theory anymore - we were actually doing it.
Developed our proprietary modular living wall system. Honestly, it came from a client who said "make it greener" and we took it literally. Now it's on 23 buildings across Ontario.
Completed our first net-zero commercial building. It generates more energy than it uses. Yeah, we're still kind of amazed by that too. Took 18 months and a lot of late nights.
Where we are now. All our new projects are designed to be carbon-positive within 5 years of operation. Not just neutral - actually removing more carbon than they create.
We're kinda obsessed with metrics. If you can't measure it, how do you know it's working?

Every new project we touch has renewable energy integration. Solar, geothermal, wind - whatever makes sense for the site. No exceptions since 2020.
We source at least 75% of materials within 500km. Cuts transportation emissions and supports local economy. Plus, recycled content is mandatory in our specs.
Every building gets habitat features - bee hotels, bird-friendly glass, native plant gardens. Cities can be ecosystems too, they just need a little help.
We calculate embodied carbon for every project. You'd be surprised how much CO2 is locked up in concrete and steel before the building even opens.
We're always looking for clients who actually care about this stuff. If you're tired of greenwashing and want real sustainable design, let's talk.
